    • Independence
    • Taylor Wythe

The UJO has partnered with the Center for New York City Neighborhoods (CNYCN) to provide our foreclosure prevention program.

The UJO offers free assistance to home-owners facing foreclosure or having trouble keeping up with their mortgages, due to job loss, reduction in income, or other reasons.

Our foreclosure attorney and housing counseling specialist analyze clients¹ financial situations and determine the best options available to them.

We also offer foreclosure prevention seminars, where our counselors are available to meet with clients.
