Holocaust Survivors

With hundreds of holocaust survivors, Williamsburg has one of the largest survivor populations in the world. It’s a special privilege to help the survivor population, our heroes, who rebuilt the community.

We are grateful to our partner, the Claims Conference, for enabling and providing the majority of the services to our holocaust survivors, together with other funders such as the NYC Council Elie Wiesel Holocaust Survivor initiative, NYC DFTA, among others.

The following is a partial list of our services for holocaust survivors.

Case Management

Our dedicated staff members are in touch with their survivor clients to review their medical, financial and personal needs; help them enroll in the most advantageous plans that will provide them the best care possible; and provide support to help them age in dignity and comfort.
